My Migraines

Migraine free week four.  I have now been migraine free for the past four weeks with no medication.  The key for me is getting enough sleep, taking my vitamins and eating right.  If I don't do those in combination, I can feel a migraine coming on.  The fact that I've been suffering from migraines for the past 15 years or so, I feel so at ease going through a day without feeling like my head is going to explode.
